Oilfield Workforce Group (OFG) a Singapore based Oil and Gas service company with global activities is planning an IPO in December, 2012 by selling 22million ordinary shares of AUD0.50 each.

 

The company will be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 19/12/2012.

 OFG is a professional staffing and recruitment services company that specialises in the provision of skilled contractors to the oil and gas industry.

 Services are provided at various phases of a project's life, including design, construction, commissioning and operation for both the onshore and offshore oil and gas industries.

 Services provided include specialists for contract assignment worldwide, on a short or long term basis, and providing all aspects of payroll, insurance, taxation, mobilizations and overall contract management.

 OFG has recruited numerous specialists for Oil & Gas industry, securing the support and business of some of the world's most prestigious names including McDermott, Petrofac and the Wood Group.

 OFG plans a pay-out ratio of 50% of future profits to pay dividends.
